Wilkes ED530 Wiki-Spring Online 2016

This is an example of a classic wiki page. Wikis are a great tool for collaboration and sharing of knowledge. In this example, we will use a wiki to share information concerning great Web 2.0 tools that we have not covered at all in class.

Unit 5.2A Assignment
On the class wiki site, post your favorite new Web 2.0 tool that has not been covered in detail in this class that you have discovered in this course or elsewhere. It can not be one covered in any of the units. List the URL, what the tool is, and why you find it useful using the wiki template page. No duplication allowed-each page must be an original new tool. This is first come, first served. This can be done after reviewing the Unit 9 material, which covers more Web 2.0 resources.

Directions

  1. Sign in to Wikispaces or create an account and sign in if you don't have one yet.
  2. Complete the table at the bottom of this home page with your name, date and topic prior to doing the review.
  3. On the right hand side, click Pages and Files and choose New Page
  4. Type the Title of the Web 2.0 site you are reviewing as the Page Name, keep the Page URL the same, and choose Web 2.0 Site Review under Use a Template.
  5. Click Create
  6. Complete the template
  7. Submit a document in the course assignment dropbox with the name of the website and a statement of completion

List your name here with the site you plan on reviewing prior to creating the page: (Use the Edit button at top)
